All repairs are performed by certified technicians using genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts where available. We proudly serve Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Centurion, and surrounding areas.
R350 call-out fee applies for inspection and diagnosis of your appliance issue.
This fee is fully waived if you proceed with the repair.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices may change due to parts availability, currency fluctuations, or additional damage found during the repair process.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers:

When you book our services, you agree to:
Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a R150 cancellation fee.
If our technician arrives and is unable to access the appliance or property due to no fault of our own, the full R350 call-out fee applies.
If we are unable to fix your appliance after reasonable attempts, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid (excluding the call-out fee if repair was not completed).
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, BS Appliance Expect Repair shall not be liable for:
Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, EFT, and card payments (Visa, Mastercard). For corporate accounts, payment terms may be negotiated in writing.
Late payments may incur interest at the prime lending rate plus 5% per annum.
We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a premises if:
In such cases, only the R350 call-out fee (if no repair was started) will be charged.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) processes, and finally resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
These terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will notify customers via email or SMS.
